Application for Withdrawal for Courses and Credits, Spring 2026 1. Application Period for withdrawal for courses and credits : Mar 26th(Thu) ~ Mar 30th(Mon) (After the designated period, the withdrawal is not possible.) 2. Qualification for application a. Enrolled students who want to withdrawal for courses and credits 3. Required documents(attachments) a. Application form for courses withdrawal b. Application form for credits withdrawal 4. Place for submission : Each Department office 5. Notes a. Those who want to withdrawal for classes they have applied for may give up the classes until 1/4 of classday for the each semester. b. Only for the case where the re-taking of class is impossible due to the course not being open in the applicable major, the F credits may be withdrawn during the period of credits withdrawal. - Office of Graduate School -
Submission of Thesis Plan, Spring 2026
Submission of Thesis Plan The Graduate School announces the schedule and procedures for submitting thesis plans for the Spring 2026 semester. Students who intend to submit their thesis/dissertation for degree conferral in or after the Fall 2026 semester must submit their plan within the period specified below. 1. Eligibility A. Master’s and Integrated programs: Students who have earned at least 12 credits in major courses B. Doctoral program: Students who have earned at least 9 credits in major courses ※ Note: Submission of a thesis plan is a mandatory prerequisite for the final degree defense. If you plan to graduate in or after the Fall 2026 semester, you must complete this step during the current semester. 2. Submission Period: April 14th(Tue), 2026 ~ April 16th(Thu), 2026 3. Submission Procedure (Student → Department) 1) Print the Cover Page - Log in to the Portal → Academic Affairs Information → Grade/Graduation (성적/졸업) → Registration of Thesis Proposal (논문계획서 등록) - Enter the thesis title and click [Print Thesis Cover] 2) Prepare the Thesis Plan - Download and complete the attached “Thesis Plan Form.” 3) Submit the Documents - Obtain your Academic Advisor’s signature on both the Cover Page and the Thesis Plan Form - Submit the signed documents to your Department office Attachment: Thesis Plan Form
